Atleast seventy percent of the payment to the Company for a project must be made upfront i.e., in advance by You. The rest of the payment is to be made after the turnaround time which is 2-3 weeks give or take for every project. The Company reserves the right to change the pricing for its services without any prior notice. In the case that a price change is made after payment for a service is made by You, the change will not be applicable to your purchase.

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, or any purpose prohibited under this Terms of Use agreement. You are independently responsible for complying with all applicable laws in all your activities related to your use of the Website, regardless of the purpose of the use. You agree not to use the Website or its content in any way that could damage the Company, Website, and the related services. You agree to use the Website in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy as amended from time to time. A hyperlink to the Website may be used if it does not imply any misleading and untrue affiliation of a website or service with Funnellancers Ltd. Inline linking by other websites and services might be done only under the condition that prior permission is sought from the Company.
